Pick up fee

Standard pick up fee is $50 for retrievals within 40 miles of a major airport. Pick up fee includes:

  • Time specific retrieval
  • Full wrapping of your luggage in protective plastic packaging
  • Full completion of all airway bills and customs documentation on your behalf.

Billing

At the time of your order, we accept your credit card information and subsequently bill you upon delivery of your shipment. You may request a detailed invoice at any time by contacting us at 800.361.6871 or sales@luggagefree.com

Shipment Weight

Final rates are based on actual weights and dimensions verified during the shipment process. Billing weight is generated by the greater of the actual weight OR dimensional weight of each piece.

Liability

All shipments are covered up to fair market value, with a limit of $1,000. You may declare value over the included $1,000 at a rate of $19.95 per $1,000.
